Our core values are a concise description of the basis for our internal processes. Much like our promises, each employee can count on these core values as the foundation for all our interactions.


We think it is important that everyone on our team can trust each other and we believe that people make better progress through trust than through strict management. By trusting in each person’s strength and good intentions, we have created a team that does their best every day. We trust in each other’s knowledge and expertise, which gives each team member a certain degree of responsibility in the entire process. This involvement results in better performance.

By keeping everyone aware of production figures, opportunities for improvement, and complaints, each employee knows what is going on and what is expected of them. We trust them to be discreet with sensitive information and take appropriate action when that does not appear to be the case.


You get farther together! Through intensive collaboration between the various departments, allows us to work in the most efficient way. This collaboration applies to the various production departments, but also to communication between organisation and production.

For us, collaboration also means that you accept responsibility together. For things that do not go well, but also for things that could be going better. Each link in our chain is equally important, regardless of where it contributes to the process. This provides us a keen understanding of each other and of the bigger picture.


Our team consists of a wide variety of people, cultures, attitudes, and religions. We respect each other by accepting everyone as they are. The focus is on the similarities instead of on the differences. This keeps the human factor at the forefront.

Constantly improving

We are always in search of points of improvement and new opportunities. This way of looking at the process and the activities is something that seems to be more and more en-grained in the DNA of our employees — being aware of what you are doing and thinking critically about it. This way of looking at the process is stimulated throughout the company on a daily basis. Action is of great importance for this. We do not just think about what can be done differently or better, but actually take the steps to realize these improvements.


Where work is done, mistakes are made. That’s just the way it is. We choose to take a positive attitude when looking at the process and each other. By providing constructive criticism and feedback and working toward improvement to find solutions, instead of focusing on problems and complaints, stimulates a positive work atmosphere. This then ensures that our employees enjoy coming to work and doing their job well.
